A.) Identification Cards/Documents:
Customer are required to produce original, unexpired documents of identity issued by
an official authority and bearing a photograph.

B.) As a general rule, to open an account, the customer should present at least one (1)
of the following prescribed IDs and must bear a photograph of the customer.
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Tax identification Number (Digitized)
- Government Service Insurance System (Digitized GSIS)e-card
- Social Security System (Digitized SSS) Card
- Barangay Clearance with picture and barangay seal
- Senior Citizen Card
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)ID
- OFW ID
- Seaman's Book
- Alien Certificate of Registration
- Firearm License
- Employment ID (Government and Private)
- Student ID with photo and signed by the principal or head of school
- Other IDs issued by the Government and its Instrumentalities (Digitized)
NOTE: One valid ID is required for all transactions.

C.) If prospective customer is a foreigner, he/she/they is /are required to present the following:
- Passport issued by the country of citizenship
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

D.) In highly meritorious cases, a personal introduction by an employee or a known and valued customer, or reference from
another financial institution, maybe accepted but should not be taken solely and should be verified.

E. One (1) 1x1 or 2x2 picture
|
F.) Billing statement (optional) - serves as a reference/means in establishing the identity and address of the prospective depositor.
